Crisp, textural and fleshy. An elegant and easy drinking wine. SIERRA GRANDE SAUVIGNON BLANC, Central Valley  @  £8.85

Sourced from a vineyard nestled into the Andes in the Curico region, this Sauvignon Blanc displays the vibrant fruit of Chile's Central Valley but with elegance from its mountain terroir. A fresh and crisp wine with ripe citrus fruit. Packed with lime zest, lemon and kiwi fruit flavours. THE MYTH OF MOTU NUI SAUVIGNON BLANC, Aconcagua  @  £10.15

The wine is sourced from grapes equally shaped by the Pacific Ocean that grow in the Aconcagua region’s coastal Leyda Valley, grapes that achieve a pungency and aromatic profile redolent of New Zealand’s Marlborough region on the other side of the Pacific Rim. Bright, aromatic and crisply textural. The Myth of Motu Nui is a delightfully aromatic Sauvignon Blanc as rich as the myths that inspire the name.  Vegan, 13%

 

ADOBE RESERVA VIOGNIER, Emiliana Estate  @  £10.80

A delicious spicy and aromatic organic Viognier. Fresh bright and aromatic with aromas of honeysuckle and jasmine. It has a palate that includes white peach in both skin and texture, with notes of white leaf tea and fresh apricot fruit. Ultimately a hugely appealing varietal Viognier.  Vegan, Organic, 13.5%

 

MONTES CLASSIC SAUVIGNON BLANC, Casablanca Valley  @  £11.99     NEW

This wine is pale yellow in colour with intense fruity aromas of lemon zest, white peach and pineapple, along with herbaceous boxwood and tomato leaf hints. The palate is juicy and fresh with a racy acidity and a long, lively finish. Made in a fresh unoaked style which highlights the pristine fruit.  Vegan, 13%

 

VISTAMAR EJE GRAN RESERVA SAUVIGNON BLANC, Maule Valley  @  £12.30     NEW   

Pale yellow colour and greenish highlights. Intense aromas of citrus, lime and grapefruit interlaced with the vibrant presence of fresh herbs.  Vegan, 13.5%

This wine is deep red in colour with violet highlights. It offers intense aromas of red fruits and plums, overlaid with pleasant notes of wood. Juicy and fresh Chilean Merlot. Aromas of plums and cherries mixed with peppery spice and a touch of tobacco leaf. The palate is juicy and fresh with soft red fruits and a hint of green pepper. A really easy drinking Merlot.  Vegan, 13.5%

 

KARU MERLOT, Central Valley  @  £8.95

Nicely balanced Chilean Merlot. Deep ruby-red in colour with a nose that presents aromas of red fruits and strawberries, some spice notes, and a light touch of oak. The palate is nicely balanced with red and black fruits, sweet spice and well-rounded tannins. This wine is ideal with lean red meats as well as white meats with lightly seasoned sauces, fresh and ripe cheeses, vegetable dishes, and pastas.  Vegan, 13%

 

LAS CONDES CABERNET SAUVIGNON, Central Valley  @  £8.99

The Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense, bright ruby red colour. Its aromas recall ripe red fruits combined with spicy notes and a slightly sweet touch from the vanilla and toast from the oak. Medium-bodied with good structure on the palate, the wine has silky ripe tannins and a very persistent finish.  Vegan, 13%

 

LAS CONDES CARMENÈRE, Central Valley  @  £8.99

This singular grape has proven to be Chile’s great asset. Las Condes here has created a fine example, mid weight with all aspects in perfect balance. The grainy texture to the wine adds a nice bite in the mouth, with black cherry and cranberry fruits on the finish. Very enjoyable. Vegan, 13%

This Merlot is an intense, bright ruby red-violet colour with aromas that recall black fruit jams such as plum, blackberry, and blueberry. It also shows a touch of spice along with light toasted notes from the oak. The wine has soft, sweet tannins and a flavourful, full-bodied palate with a long finish.  Vegan, 13%

Bright ruby red in colour, the wine’s predominant aromas are of fresh red cherry and raspberry. Made from 100% Palomino, this Manzanillia spent 8 years going through the criaderas and solera system under flor. A lovely pale straw colour, this wine has a pronounced nose of almonds with hints of white peach and distinctive aromas of flor. The palate is light and dry with salty, nutty flavours which are perfectly balanced by a restrained citrus acidity and a pleasant bitterness that lingers on the finish.  Vegetarian, 15%

This is a sipping rum for sure,so a single cube of ice is all that’s needed to enjoy it to the full.
